Thank you to everyone who sent me ticket numbers and information regarding their purchase. We were able to find an issue with The Division 2 and our AMD Rewards team is working on making the game available to our remaining customers. I know how important it is to you to be able to play. We're not only looking into the fix but also consolidating all of the feedback on the process and how we can do better.
I'll be here throughout the weekend working to help provide information as we get it.

We've identified an issue with The Division 2 redemptions and are working to provide the game to our remaining customers.
I'm currently looking into the recent wave of reports regarding issues with The Division 2.

Yes, some people who have posted on Reddit before were trying to trick the system because they are selling games on ebay or other places. That does not mean people who submit a ticket will be immediately denied for fraud, don't be discouraged.
We're working to bring down the time on support tickets as part of this entire process.
